The governing principles of Axiom Net Zero. Not aspirational language — structural conditions that determine whether a decision, a node, or a partnership is permitted to carry our name.
A mission statement describes an intention. A charter describes a constraint. Anyone can say they care about the planet — this document exists so that "care" has to survive contact with a real decision, on a real timeline, with a real cost attached. If an action can't satisfy all four articles below, it doesn't happen under our name, regardless of how much good it might otherwise do.
Axiom Net Zero is mandated to achieve absolute Carbon Neutrality within its first 365 days of operation. This is not a target we work toward. It is a structural condition of our existence.
Every resource aggregated, including solar yield, bio intelligence, and community time, is recorded on an immutable public ledger. Honest accounting is the only way to build trust.
No choice is made for short term gain. Every resource deployment is measured against its impact on the world our children will inherit fifty years from now.
Resources move from point of origin to point of need with minimal friction. We remove the clutter between nature and families. We do not add to it.
A node or partnership found in breach of any Article loses its standing to operate under the Axiom Net Zero name. That decision, and the reasoning behind it, is recorded on the same public ledger as everything else — we don't resolve breaches quietly, and we don't make exceptions we wouldn't publish.
The charter isn't fixed for its own sake, but it also isn't easy to move. Any proposed amendment is published in full before it takes effect, alongside the reasoning for the change, so the community holding us accountable can see exactly what shifted and why.
This is the founding charter of Axiom Net Zero. No amendments have been made to date.
